Return Policy


Please note that no refund or exchange will be accepted on any press-on nails due to hygiene purposes.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product in its original package and get a full refund minus changes or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You can return a product for up to 7 days from the date you purchased it on your own account. Once received and inspected, you will then be refunded.  In some cases, from 3.5% to 6.5% of the total order will be charged for refunds.

Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Goods: We will arrange the goods to be collected / swapped over at our expense.

All electrical items have a 3 day warranty from the day of purchase. We do make sure that every electrical item has been tested and checked before we send it off.

When does this policy not apply?
If the item is:

  • older than 7 days
  • opened, unsealed, used or missing any accessories

We are not responsible when you do not know how to make use of a product.  No refunds or exchange will be given if you make use of a product incorrectly. If the product is faulty or used incorrectly you are welcome to send us a video and we can advise or investigate if it was faulty. WhatsApp it to 074 200 1703.
